For Haiti Health Professional’s Network, raising funds is not just a means of raising money, but also a way to promote the message and goals of our organization. When we host a fundraiser, we do it to find the financial resources needed to cover fees for medical supplies, construction materials and logistics. Asking for money is never easy, but it is nonetheless a necessity for charities like ours.
It’s very important to emphasize that you need to have money per se to contribute to this cause. If you have vehicles (4X4 trucks, rugged motorcycles), medical supplies and construction materials, we will welcome them. With pressing need for both access to health care in so many underserved communities, fundraising is essential to ensure that our organization can continue funding and helping its cause in underserved communities in the United States and Haiti.
To garner resources for our organization, they are many activities you may perform in a variety of settings.
Haiti Health Professional's Networks aims to assist low-income communities in the US and Haiti in their quest for access to heath care. In the US we prioritize Heal Fair while our main focus in Haiti is to provide its rural communities with access to basic health care through medical mission trips on a regular basis.In both Haiti and the US, the primary focus of our organization is preventative healthcare education. We believe it is the best approach for the communities to to have access to health care.

More than 40% of Haitians live in rural communities lawithout running water and electricity. Most of these communities don't even have access to the most basic preventative medicine and health care.In our medical missions to Haiti, we target these rural communities who desperately need medical attention.

You can join in regardless of your skills by becoming a volunteer, raising funds, and makiing a donation. As a volunteer you can help here in the states or getting involved in medical mission trips to Haiti. Anything you do will make a difference in the lives of thousands of people.
